Besides the Online Potential Scanner, it is important to offer a possibility to small and medium sized companies and organisations to further reflect on the results gained in this self-assessment.

The Strategy Workshop is designed to support key staff to work with the results of their individual potential analysis on the 4-action level regarding the shortage of skilled workforce in the own organisation. In the workshop, they will work on more distinct strategy development and action planning.

The Concept of a comprehensive and at the same time practical and feasible Strategy Workshop for representatives of SMEs and small organisations. In this workshop, the results gained through the online potential scanner will be used to develop concrete strategic steps, actions and also methods for success monitoring will be introduced to participants.

The development process starts in early 2025 and by late 2025, the pilot testing will be implemented in all partner countries. By April 2026, the Strategy Workshop Concept will be published and available in all partner languages: English, German, Italian, Slovenian, and Spanish.
